We have two mobile apps and one admin portal, the User app, Garage app and Admin portal. We collect the following types of information from our users.

User App:

Name and Surname
Email address
Location data (through Google Maps API)
Fuel expenses
Payment provider information
Password
Profile image

Garage App:

Garage owners full name
Email address
Name of the Garage
The garage's fuel/wholesaler licence number
Address
Password
Type of amenities that are present at the garage
Type of fuel the garage supplies, as well as the price of the fuel
Profile image

Admin Portal:

User's last active time
Garage acceptance or rejection status, along with the reason for the decision
See all users (including the users from the garage app and the users from the user app)
Amenities submitted by garage
Comments and ratings left

Use of information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

User App:

To track fuel expenses
To provide information on nearby garages
Tp process payments
To show fuel capacity per car
Be able to leave comments and rating

Garage App:

To register garages on our app
To display services offered by garages
To enable rating system for garages
To process payments
Users will be able to leave ratings and comments on the garages
Garages will be able to resolve comments by submitting the resolution to the FuelX admin user
Amenities
Fuel supplied
Garage must provide the FuelX admin with the garage licence number

Admin Portal:

To manage user and garage accounts
To provide acceptance or rejection status of garages and provide the reason if it was rejected
To track user activity on the app

Protection of Information:

We do not share your information with third-party service providers unless it is necessary for the provision of our services. We may share information with law enforcement agencies or other governmental bodies when we are required to do so by law.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes to this policy by email or by a notice on our website.
